1. Sale Agreement

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases made through the EN ROUTE LUGGAGE website (“Website”) for products sold by EN ROUTE LUGGAGE (“EN ROUTE LUGGAGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

References to “you” and “your” refer to the customer purchasing products through our Website. By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised representative.

This Agreement becomes effective once we have received your order and payment, and we have accepted your order by issuing an order confirmation via email.

Please note that placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification, and acceptance by EN ROUTE LUGGAGE.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on the Website are accurate. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

EN ROUTE LUGGAGE reserves the right to change product pricing, promotions, or product information without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error or incorrect information appearing on the website, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will contact you to discuss available options.

Online promotions and exclusive offers are valid only for purchases made through the website unless otherwise stated.

3. Placing an Order

To purchase products, add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide the necessary information, including delivery details and payment method, before completing payment.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. An invoice may accompany your shipment or be supplied electronically. Tracking details will be provided where available.

4. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided. Ownership of all products remains with EN ROUTE LUGGAGE until payment has been received in full.

5. Availability & Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. While we aim to fulfill orders within the estimated delivery time frames, delays may occasionally occur due to stock levels, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

EN ROUTE LUGGAGE will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
