At EN ROUTE LUGGAGE, we aim to make your shopping experience easy, reliable, and convenient. We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order directly to your door anywhere within South Africa.

We also offer a Click & Collect option at selected EN ROUTE LUGGAGE stores for customers who prefer to collect their purchases in person.

Delivery Fees

We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over R1999.95.

For orders valued at R1999.95 or below, the applicable delivery fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

We work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Standard delivery timelines are typically 3–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during promotional periods, sales, peak trading times, or special events, deliveries may take up to 10 working days. If delays beyond this timeframe are anticipated, our team will notify you accordingly.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Deliveries are available only to valid delivery addresses within South Africa and are made during standard business hours.

You, or a person authorised by you, must be available to accept delivery at the delivery address provided when placing your order. Proof of identification may be requested upon delivery where required.

Should we be unable to fulfil your order within 15 business days after your order confirmation, EN ROUTE LUGGAGE will contact you to discuss an alternative product, revised delivery arrangement, or refund.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected EN ROUTE LUGGAGE store.

Collection orders are generally available within 2–7 working days from the date your order is placed. You will receive notification once your order is ready for collection.

Currently, EN ROUTE LUGGAGE delivers within South Africa only.
